This website is intended for youth (ages 14-18) looking to learn more about mental health. This Web-Based Learning Tool (WBLT) will focus specifically on what mental health is, what anxiety and depression are, and strategies for living with the many emotions we may feel.
How does this module work?
This module is designed to be self-paced. It is recommended that you move through the modules in order as the information provided and activities to engage with build off of one another.
We encourage you to engage in the activities and watch the videos. This will provide you further insight into the topic of mental health.
